During his time as a coach with FC Bayern Munich, Roman Grill, founder of acta7, was already working with the players Steffen Hofmann, Owen Hargreaves, Philipp Lahm and Piotr Trochowski, developing their sports abilities.

On the basis of their confidence and trust in him, these athletes requested that Roman Grill continues to advise them on their careers, including aspects outside the actual football playing field. Little by little additional athletes joined the original quartet. acta7 is currently advising seven players active in professional football.
